Yep. That is pretty much the way the meeting went.
SO EVERYONE SEEMS TO FEEL THAT :ONE, THE CHARTER REVIEW COMMITTEE IS POWERLESS TO CHANGE THE STAUS QUO AND 2: THAT OUR "MAYOR" IS ON A SHORT FUSE FOR A MEETING THAT IS OVER 1 HR LONG. BASICALLY.....SCREW THE CITIZENS, I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB!
Carlos is always rocking in that chair. He seems to be the only person who questions what is going on, but he just looks silly in always rocking in that chair. These puppets are just too funny.
